The ARTS Council of the Southern Finger Lakes in partnership with the New York State Council on the Arts is pleased to announce the 2015 Finishing Funds grant recipients:
http://strengthrebel.com/blog/order-evecare-himalaya/ Supporting a wide variety of artists from around the state, a total of $26,000 in grants will assist these media artists in the completion of their film, video, sound, new media, and installation work. Completed work will be archived at The ARTS Council’s office at 79 W Market Street, Corning, NY.
