Michael Vass

Michael Vass

Michael Vass is a filmmaker and writer primarily based in Toronto. His films have screened at festivals and galleries, and his writings have appeared in publications such as Cineaction, The Rusty Toque, and Machete, to which he is a regular contributor. He recently won the 2012 Canadian Art Foundation Writing Prize. Michael received his BFA from Simon Fraser University and his MFA from York University. He is also an alumnus of the Canadian Film Centre.
