Gorgeous room in Williamsburg available for sublet for the months of July and August. The room, located on the third floor of a historic building, is very spacious and has one window and closet. The living room and kitchen run the entire length of the apartment and gets wonderful light from three large windows that overlook the patio and garden. The room includes basement storage and free use of the washer and dryer. A huge bonus!
Excellent location with easy access to bars (Barcade, Elote, Ontario), restaurants (DuMont, Le Barricou, Motorino), grocery (Key Food, Sunac, bodegas). Accessible by Lorimer L / Metropolitan G / Hewes JMZ. E Village and LES just two stops away.
The roomates:
Robbie: early-thirties, works a lot, video producer/artist, easy going and all around great guy.
Hyatt: mid-twenties, also works a lot, writes and directs theatrical performances.
The environment is friendly and calm, everyone is responsible and cleans up after themselves.
As I have it now, the room has a desk, chair, full size bed, bookshelves, lighting, and A/C unit. I haven’t decided what to do with the furnishings (I may need them later), but we can discuss. The rooms are actually for resident participants in the UNIONDOCS Collaborative Program, but I am heading out before the September turnover and thus need someone to enjoy the awesome summer at this active spot in Brooklyn.
